As a member of a City Planning Committee. When you're planning urban expansion, you must balance personal prestige (closing habitats) with the survival of migratory species through a 10x12 shared city map.
The game spans 7 year planning. Each year consists of 5 rounds: Eco-Construction, Spring Migration, Eco-Construction, Autumn Migration, and Urban Expansion.
